Terms of Service

01

Who we are

Dental Life runs an online job board for the dental industry at dentallife.app. These terms explain the rules for using the site. When we say "we," "us" or "Dental Life," we mean the company that operates the site. When we say "you," we mean anyone who visits or uses it.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02

Using the site

You can browse the site without an account. To apply for jobs, message other users or post listings, you'll need to sign up.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and only for finding or filling jobs in dentistry.

Please don't try to break or overload the site, scrape it, get around its security features, or get into accounts that aren't yours.

03

Accounts

When you sign up, give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know right away.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, post false information or misuse the site. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

04

Job postings and payments

Employers can buy a one-time job post, which stays live for 30 days, or a monthly membership, which includes one job post every 30 days. Prices are shown on our Plans page before you pay.

Memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. One-time posts don't renew.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees aren't refundable once a listing has gone live.

Employers are responsible for their own listings. A job post has to be for a real, open position, describe the job accurately, and follow employment law, including laws against discrimination. We may edit or remove any listing that doesn't meet these standards.

05

Content and conduct

You own what you post, such as your profile, your resume or your job listing. By posting it, you give us permission to show it on the site and share it with other users as needed to run the service.

Don't post anything false, misleading or offensive, or anything you don't have the right to share. Don't use messaging to send spam or to contact people about things that have nothing to do with dental jobs.

The site's design, text and logo belong to Dental Life. Please don't copy them without our permission.

06

Privacy

We collect the information you give us, like your name, contact details and profile, and use it to run the site and connect applicants with employers. Your profile can be seen by employers who use the site.

If you sign up for text alerts, we'll send job notifications to the number you give us. You can turn them off at any time.

If you have questions about your information, or you'd like us to delete it, contact us using the details below.

07

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We don't employ the applicants or the employers who use the site, and we aren't part of anyone's hiring decision. We can't promise that you'll find a job or make a hire, and we don't verify every detail in every profile or listing. Please do your own checking, like confirming licenses and references, before you decide.

08

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Dental Life isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the site, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these kinds of limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let account holders know by email. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
